Wild Pheasant Estate

A sustainable private estate that works collaboratively with neighbouring landowners to manage an estate of wild pheasant, partridge and common snipe. The area is abundant with natural mammalian wildlife of fox and badgers, voles and squirrel, all of which we protect within our legal boundaries.
Single Estate Olive Oil Farms

Two single estate, organic olive farms situated on mainland Greece. The disparate locations of the two farms produce unique flavour profiles. Bottled locally and/or bulk import.

Tiny House Park

Individually eco-designed, tiny house park for the holiday let market. Funding for this project is in place and no further funding rounds for investors are available. Groundworks were inevitably delayed in 2020/1 and are due to resume in Q3 of 2022.
Food Truck Family

We created the Food Truck Family to provide visitors to heritage and leisure sites with multiple memorable experiences of food, culture and place. Each element of the food family is much more than a truck, because we provide visitors unique and authentic cultural experiences through taste, flavours and imaginative sensory design. These are deployed around the location of each truck and are designed to create curiosity and multiple social media sharing opportunities.
More than that, the Food Truck Family is a whole unique eco-system that leads to the none-conflicting, mutually supporting, equitable distribution of resources. And that means visitors, estate managers and operators all benefit. For example, visitor seating is shared with no operator demarcation, visitors get more choice and above all, they are assured quality via our provenly successful food production systems and associated processes.

Estate, site managers and stake holders enjoy single point, clear communication channel. Great for when they need to get things done. And by the food family eco-system sharing facilities management, there are significant gains in efficiency and a reduced environmental footprint.

A minimum of 6 adjoining or nearby trading spaces of differing food and cultural experiences, releases the synergy of this unique concept. You will get increased footfall, visitor enjoyment, whilst driving down waste and environmental costs.

Be aware that the Food Family concept is a family friendly, inclusive concept open to, and available to all.

The first phase - So Greek Full, was completed in May 2021 with stunning success and was featured on the Greek version of the BBC the following June.

Liverpool Biennial
Liverpool Biennial is the largest international contemporary art festival in the United Kingdom. LB transforms the city’s public spaces, galleries and historic buildings. That means the Liverpool Biennial brings art, emotion and feeling to those who may not be able to access it, and to those who may not have ever considered entering a gallery space before.  It is this egalitarian "art for all" philosophy that empowers people to think bigger and beyond the scope of their normal, everyday lives.  LB does this right.
National Wildflower Centre
Wildflowers are a critical component of the earth's eco-system because they provide extraordinary habitats. That means we can continue to enjoy the incredible benefits of bee pollination of over 30% of our food production and 90% of wildflowers. Bee numbers are on the decline and yet, with considered planting bee numbers can see continued growth.
Kind Children's Charity
Kind do incredible work. They have worked tirelessly to make lives better for children, for the long term. They're good at it too. Of children, Kind are able to improve their self-confidence, develop their education, food knowledge and live healthily.
Sea Shepherd Anti-Whaling
The serious business of protecting the whale pods against the barbaric Japanese whaling fleets seems to solely lie with Sea Shepherd. They get in there, protect the whales and get things done. Whale meat is completely unnecessary and tears apart the families of these sentient beings.
Battery Hen Rescue
Supporting the rescue and rehabilitation of hens, that have been subjected to the cruel and unsustainable, battery farming methods. The hens spend their retirement as roaming flocks, under continued expert supervision with veterinary care where needed.
